JTL - you might find a V8 ran better with 4 Webers, unless the twins were 4 barrels!

I know we all have views on morgans product quality but compared to the past, morgan cars have never been better than they are today. So 1990 to onwards for me.

For me i'm afraid i'm afraid its very recent! The current batch of engines and the new Aero are all pleasures to drive! I really love winding a GDI up to its potential, nippy little bugger!

Stainless steel bulkheads cured so many old issues. Also the 4/4s built in 2003 were a particularly fine vintage.

From 1909 to now.
They've done well to get to now against the odds. The cars are good, hopefully they can keep it going as long as possible.

I suppose the Golden Age is the one that we own so it's different for all of us. 2020 is not very far away now so it will be interesting to see what comes next.

Well....no......I rather agree with Mike, the 1920s and 1930s with all the sporting success and the introduction of the 4/4.....although I'd problem extend it to the early '60s to include the win at Le Mans.
These days it's now a lifestyle car and apart from the hardy few who, still compete in their cars, the Motorsport side has faded away....I won't mention the badged LM2 car....that was an expensive farce!

So sad that the Aero 8 2004 Le Mans adventure didn't continue.

+1 ... but then again ..i'm biased grin2
