Yes the spiral grooves in the bushes will get the grease into the void especially as they are closed at one end so the flutes just bleed out of one end so open ends go to the centre. Not very efficient though and much easier if the pin holes filled the void. It gets there in the end though so nothing to worry about ;-).

As I am using Vesconite for bush material I don't have the spiral. As I do not want to crawl under My Morgan I extend the grease galley a couple of inches, grind a bit of the induction hardening with my angle grinder and drill a 1/8" hole to let the grease out. Then I can use the zerk on the top of the KP. As Vesconite HyLube is self lubricating greasing is a once a year spring maintenance item for Me.

Thanks for the advice Colin, I've added two extra hole to supply grease to the steering bearings and confirmed all grease holes are drilled all the way through I've even made up a pair of Dave W's gaiters.
