Thanks for this link. It seems to be the only online Service Manual I have seen so just ordered it. Then I can print it and drag the printed copy around the shop :-)

The service manual is available free from the MTWC site. I found a copy online some time back don't remember where.
On the club site it's under the 5 speeder section and called "S & S X-Wedge Engine (S & S Cycle inc.)"

I tried for a while looking through the MTWC website and must have missed it. It all in the labeling and the search engine.
