Alas, as the Aero 8 now takes up all my time and money in fuel, i've decided to sell my Mini R1 Zcar.
Dont know if there will be any interest on here for it, but never know, somebody may like another weekend toy
A wee spec list of the car;
Body - Origional 1992 mini neon shell, re sprayed in mercedes comercial white with sportspack arches, polycarbonate race windows and naca ducts fitted to rear windows, carbon fiber roof scoop for interior cooling and air vents cut into boot.
Engine - 2003 Yamaha R1 Standard fuel injected engine with pipercross filter, running 160.7 bhp at 10500 rpm and 121 LB/FT of torque. Fiat Uno turbo radiator
Gearbox- Standard R1 six speed sequential box with Z-Cars electric reverse and gear shifter.
Suspension - Fully adjustable GAZ shocks all round on z cars tubular front subframe, fully adjustable front camber and rear anti roll bar.
Brakes - Alloy 4 pot's with 8.4" vented and grooved disks, Ford Sierra rear brakes and braded hoses all round.
Wheels and Tryes - superlight MK 1 Wheels with Yoko 175/50x13 A539 tyres, for track fun, Superlight MK 2 Wheels with Yoko A048R tyres
Interior - Custom Polycarb/aluminium bulkead, Cobra Monaco S buckets, Sabelt Harnesses, chequerplate cut and bolted to protect floor, Stack ST7OO Dash display, Digitool digital gear selector, Momo removable race wheel custom fitted dash also painted in body colour
included in sale are, spare set of 7x13 alloys with yoko standard road tyres and a spare R1 engine for parts etc.
Price, according to guys at zcars, car is worth about £15,000.
But to be honest i would take any sensible offer for a nice wee car that does 0-60 in 4.2 seconds haha, top speed is 140 mph.
Just had a full rebuild of engine and car, so engine has only done 200 miles in car, (engine had done 3000 miles when removed from bike)
