I believe that the black and purple one is Paul O'Grady's, I wonder if he's abandoned Morgans ? Yes, it was Paul O'Grady's. Looks like he abandoned this one. 347 miles in three years - what a waste!

Exactly Neil and with just three due to be built in 2016, the Aero chassisied model to buy if you want an exclusive one.  I really don't understand why the Aero +8 is not more popular - it is the most fabulous car. Yes, it's a bit costly when measured against Porsche and Jaguar, but if you've got cash for an amusing and delightful car, the 8 is such a good choice. It's good that it's rare I suppose, but I wish more people could get to drive in one. All my chums who thought I was a bit mad say "I can see why you did it" when they've been in it.

It's more desirable by being rare.
It's rare because it's expensive, and for the price, unrefined compared to what else is in that price band.
So Morgan nuts get it, but most people don't get it, and that's their loss!

Maybe Dave.... although I wasn't really a Morgan nut to be honest. I try very hard to remove the Malvern coloured lenses and I still say that the 8 can hold it's own in good company. Hand made in England by a team of multi-generation workers etc etc I don't need to go on really. Quirky? Yes - but I've had supercars that always had things going wrong one way or another.

I wonder wether you can get a fold down windscreen for the plus 8 so it can become a speedster and also a plus 8 ?
