Ah, the old internet law again..
If it's on-line, it must be true
The nub as I see it (see what I did, there..) is the type approval of LED light 'bulbs'. The filament bulbs carry a type approval mark in the form of an e mark, whereas the usual eBay LED stuff probably doesn't..
snip Half right - merely echo's what the FHBVC has said in the past. The crucial point is, no aftermarket LED has the necessary approval. But if your Morgan is old enough (see article) it doesn't matter.

The Wipac Landrover LED units are fully e-marked, whether putting them behind the OEM e-marked lens cancels that, I don't know - do two rights make a wrong?

The ARP4 has the LED landrover style lights with a metal ring fitted to give them the correct diameter for the base .
