Or a single glass panel a la Volve 1800 ?

Yes, a great idea and very cost effective to design, manufacture and assemble.
See Citroen C1/Toyota Agro/Peugeot 107 and the original Ford Ka.

ooh, I've always been a sucker for an HPE - from Scimitars, through Lancia to the current Ferrari FF.
The two drawings look to have different treatments aft of the B pillar - I'd guess playing with the headroom & whether there's +2 seats a la a 911, or space for real people.
Lovely idea, and by the time it's reality, I might be able to justify a 2nd Morgan ;-)

dont care about four seats but do want space for a couple of good holiday suitcases.

I cant see a way to make the car a 2+2 with the current chassis design unless the +2 seats are rear facing.
A different chassis design would open up a lot more flexibility but not sure there is the market for the additional chassis investment.

You could always just buy a 7.2 ltr Jensen Interceptor if you need the space and get rid of your merc Peter!

This is clearly a topic for the Aero focus group later in the year!
I've always thought the P1800, Scimitar GTE, Datsun 240z were glorious cars. If Morgan should follow then I'd have to have one.
I'm not interested in the 2+2 bit, just as has been said, a reasonable load platform and drop dead gorgeous looks.
My day to day car is a 2 door hatchback, a Mercedes CLC but compared to the 4 mentioned above it is dull, dull....but l still like it!
