Weird treatment on the side rear wings as well.
Side exits are aftermarket clearly, and not cut through the sills - assumedly so it can be returned to standard, though after the other mods you wonder why...

A decent sized car cover and junk free boot lid would not go amiss either. It looks like they've mounted half an upside down antique coffee table on the boot!
