the leeks well....

You need to get out with Taffmog. Lots in the calendar for 2016.
Noggin on last Fri of month at Halfway a few mins drive from you too.
Aerotaff will welcome you in his usual way........
Em...re steel....we made a lot of steel for Ford in Llanelli. Alloy steel for gearbox, halfshafts etc. .Visited Bridgend on a work based tour to see the then new CVH engine.
Lynne did her nurse training with the wife of the Quality manager there....from Burry Port, now lives in Ogmore. He had a lovely RS2000 at one stage, also a superb Imp.

Yes I will probably be there on Friday, Nantgaredig.
I also visited the Ford factory in Bridgend about 12 years ago. Quite interesting except that all the operations performed by the machines was enclosed and out of sight. CVH engine now you're going back a bit there.

PS how does Aerotaff usually welcome new members, do we have to do a streak along the Cothi or what?

You will be welcomed very warmly,new members then buy all the food and drink for the rest of the night.We have a good laugh and a chat and its only after about midnight that we streak along the Cothi.

teifistar......no need for tea on Friday....the food at Halfway is great! I won't be there as will be on a Norwegian cruise    The naked run along the Cothi starts from the Cothi Bridge Hotel, downstream....then a skinny dip in a good pool for fishing..... There's also some good swimming in the Tywi opposite the Halfway......awesome by moonlight! Watch out for cowpats in the field though!

Nice pictures teifistar, the shine on your car looks amazing. Wales is fabulous Morgan driving country as I have found on trips to visit my son who is currently studying at Aberystwyth.

Thanks for all the compliments, I'm a very pleased and proud owner. Working on where to go this summer, Classic Le Mans already booked, MOG16 and local Taffmog runs also lined up.
