I don't pretend to be an expert BUT that looks very bent and i think will need a new frame at the least i am afraid to say. The body tub looks twisted too - its a brave rebuild to be frank.

Were you not insured? I cannot imagine something of this value that would not be insured. If it's financed, it has to be. Even paying cash, I would not go without collision on something like this. I had my last streetrod insured for $85k. I built it and could do anything on it, but man, I would not go anywhere without insurance.

In the US this would clearly be a total loss as the frame is clearly more than just tweaked a bit.

If it is insured, I agree with the others, the factory is the place to start. I know that several so far have had the upgraded main frames replaced due to the right front upper rail cracks. Even with metal experience, why do it if it's insured and you can get an upgraded frame out of it.

I've watched the How It's Built moving many times and the way they do the ash wood frame for the body work, splicing and cutting the wood to get the correct arch to the sides would be difficult at best. A new body is what I would look at doing.

I'm sure the guys here will steer you to the right places for parts.

That's like a banana, unless you have all the right tools and knowledge I'd leave it to the professionals.. Probably lots of hidden issues there.

Haha "banana" .... No it look much more bend than it is, there is only 1 tube in rear frame that need replacement the other i need to stright up little, swing arms are 100% ok cross measures with laser from front spindle to 10cm from rear are 100% ok to.

It's great to hear you have the confidence to work on the frame. That frame is bent in several angles, and worries me just looking at the photo..!

I would guess you need to fabricate a jig with the correct geometry first, and then either align or replace tubes?

I don't think for a minute that Morgan will supply you with parts of the tubular frame, mainly because it's not built by them. It's made to spec by a supplier and they buy a unit once complete. They will always replace rather than repair for litigation purposes and legality, as they have no jigs.

This means that you'll be starting with a clean sheet of paper and finding tubing of identical properties alone. You may be well able to do this, and perform your magic on the frame.

Is the finished car going to be used on the road? If so, I would expect some form of inspection and/or testing for insurance purposes. You would have to pay for this too, I'm sure..!

That's just the frame.

The body could be fabricated by an expert, or you could possibly purchase a new one from Morgan. You would have to ask about that with them.

From a cost perspective, if you have sufficient skills and a certain amount of money it could be done. If your time is limitless, then you can be in pocket with the final costings.

If however, you intend to sell the car onwards once repaired then please don't sell it to the UK - I've seen privately repaired vehicles before!
