My S1 right rearwheel bearing broke last week

, and now my mechanic is ordering all the new parts to fix the problem.
But he needs some info :
- How much pressure (Nm) should be applied to tighten the bearing nut?
- Regarding allignment of all wheels : how much toe-in is standard? (He's replacing a front suspension ball joint too)
