I spend most of last week at the London Classic Car Show and these C2 Sting Rays were giggling at me day after day So I sorted me one and it arrived today I know most of us are use to power by the nature of the cars we drive but this things mental A 66 427 Big Block Manual with skinny US rubber is a combo that commands the greatest respect The sheer grunt and noise is epic.....I owned one some 8 years ago and had forgotten what a tool they are Not my favourite colour but we can work on that

As a former C2 ('67 327/350hp., two-top roadster)owner/restorer, I heartily congratulate you on your acquisition. Car looks very straight, nice panel gaps,etc. Wonderful to see such a classic North American icon well appreciated in the UK. You have piqued my interest in the car's provenance,and definitely aroused my curiosity in knowing it's journey to you. Restored in the UK or?.....As you know, original trim tag paint code is the rule in America if you are intent on having the car judged to NCRS standards. Wishing you many uproariously entertaining miles with it. I still dearly miss my '67 but am somewhat consoled by the the presence of the white/sateen silver, red int.(hardtop only)1960 sharing garage space with my '69 4/4.
