Gosh,
So many nice comments I'm 'umbled, I am.
Someone mentioned the Morgan DNA that gets left behind, and it's very true. They'll never be perfect but they are intrinsically honest, and the factory is exactly the same.
Steve Morris and the management team were perfectly willing to stick their necks up above the parapet of corporacy when we all went for a visit, and take anything that came his way. Think about that for a minute. They were willing to face any criticism, or failings in public about them, the factory or the products, and I like their chutzpa for doing so.
Being honest is the first step to cementing any relationship, and I value an ethos like that when I come to stick lots of my hard earned money into their pocket.
I do miss the M3W and look back through the last two years of highs and lows, but like the product, 99% of owners are really nice folk. None are perfect, but they're basically honest like the cars, and for me it's all of this put together that makes my life so much fuller and enriched and THAT'S why I enjoy being a Morganeer..
Steve

Well said! +1 Just shows the TM day worked well for MMC too as they sold at least one car as a result of the visit. It's all about closing the gap between the factory and the customers. Result!

Hi Steve Seems that the M3W is just a marketing tool to sell proper 4/4's. Great choice, I bought my 4/4 having initially lusted after a M3W, but the complete lack of a hood option was a deal breaker as there was no way Mrs Z would do the European trips I fancied. I liked the power of the Plus4 but chose the 4/4 with the intention of gradually upgrading it. So far I have had the engine remapped, and it will be coming back with a shortened rear axle ratio in the next week or two.
