The offset Picasso headlamp, rollbar, and hard-shell tonneau are apparently intended to contribute to the asymmetrical theme, and giving it the illusion of a more hedonistic single-occupant vehicle.
No one is under the illusion that these things are particularly safe, right??

Anyone care to speculate whether the EV3's turning radius has been improved? I'm also wondering about handling perks from revised weight distribution.

Presumably the weight distribution / centre of gravity has shifted back with the loss of the S&S up front versus some backs of Li-Ion batteries in front and in the gearbox area. Motor + battery electrics versus bevel box and petrol behind the driver.

Turning circle 'should' be bigger, as the original was limited due to large diameter wheels and side exhausts..

I was hoping they would take a bold retro-futuristic approach like this. Totally brilliant, right down to the petrol can 'kills' on the side pods.

I wonder if carbon bodywork will become an option on a lightweight M3W in the future? A sub 500kg Superleggera would be cool

I like the 2 spoke steering wheel, and the dash. The hard tonneau also looks nice...if not very practical unless you're Billy No Mates!
