That's only 94 mph. Factory says top speed of 115 mph. Am I missing something?

They need to try harder - I've been clocked at 105 mph (168kph) 2 up on Dunsfold runway

When Alex Roy drove across America, he got pulled for doing 85mph when his speedo read 65mph.
By my reckoning thats 114mph or 183kph.
