A lot of the options can be spied on the Heritage model. I am still waiting to see what the mudguard looks like though.

I would keep a small whisky flask handy in there, In case I saw a snake, which I would also keep handy.

It is a show car perhaps he just omitted them, cuz in the background of that picture you can see that someone is holding the tray.

As Draggin has pointed out, the tray was just loosely fitted so that it could be lifted out, in this case by another TM'er - Asbojohn who is also at the Press Days.
