anyone knows whether breakdown and recovery is included from the factory?
is this individually arranged?

Yes, breakdown is included even if you don't use one of the recommended insurance companies.
I have my insurance with LV because they were £200.00 cheaper than the others.
Here for a good time not a long time!!
