Early Thursday morning events overtook me somewhat. I woke to severe chest pains at 4:15 and Sue called for an ambulance at 4:30, at 5:00 they confirmed I was having a heart attack as they did ecg and sent data to Exeter hospital. On arrival they immediately did op. inserting stent in main artuary. I saw what they did on screen. The dr said that I was quite lucky as caught early, still to confirm how much damage.

Anyway I'm still here sat in bed all wired up, contemplating the future. Probably for next 36 hours if they let me put. Seems I will be home 4-6 weeks recovery.

Some other TMers already know but I thought I'd let the rest of you know myself.

So hopefully I'll be home soon and recovering.

Cheers

Adrian

This is bad news but good that you got treatment early.

They've obviously not removed your tablet or smart phone from you for fear of adding to the stress! I never considered TalkMorgan as being such a 'life support'!

Best regards for a full recovery!

Adrian,

that is taking excitement to a new level... Take very good care and do as you are told!!

I know the TV isn't good these days but watching them insert a stent is going a bit far!!

See you next week, I hope...
