First at all congrats to your choice of car and of personal fine tuning regarding the colours of paint, wheels and interior..
I know Dove grey in the metal, my dealer had a 4/4 dove grey last year in his shop. This colour has to be seen because in a fotography it looks a bit more "pale" than it is, it is light but deep. I like it very much and it fits so well with your choice of seats and carpets.
I read your report with great interest, for one reason because it is written very well, fair, insightful and it meets the more seldom balance between personal emotional involement/expectation and a more "objektive" point of view.
And secondly rour report is a very good excample how a Morgan (built quality, feel and touch etc) is compared by a guy who is completely new to the Morgan world. It is always my thought that in a lot of areas Morgans are built very very good. But most of us here are getting used to it an therefore it is like a fresh breeze if you, SFO, report your first but very trueful experiences. Thanks also for your so good shot pics.

Agree with Heinz on your fresh perspective on Morgans.... I'd really like to drive one of these one day, they look so well done.

I like the spare wheel look, when I had my Roadster I felt the spare wheel added a bit of needed weight too.

As above, 55 litres should be the capacity - 300 miles if you're lucky!

Great review and very interesting (and good) photos for those of us so curious about this model. Thank you.

I like the fact Morgan have left 'Cosworth' on the engine - I've often wondered why they cover up BMW on the +8. I'm delighted to have a big Beemer engine under the louvres, the home made MMC panel is a bit, er, home made looking.

Just the sort of objective ( getting to know you) reporting that I look for. Morgans take time and I like that slow but sure accumulation of knowledge through experience. Thanks.
