I need some help. My 2012 aero coupe has developed a small fault. Under normal conditions when the car is stationary and engine is idling, throttle response is instant and crisp. On a number of occasions and now more often than not when the car is stationary and the throttle is blipped the response is woolley and by no means crisp and instant. I have changed theBosch max airflow sensor and this has made no difference. Does anyone have any help that could assist me.

No experience of this fault on my 2103 Coupe I am afraid. Is the throttle fly-by-wire in which case it might be a faulty (flat/dead-spot) on the sender down by the pedal ?

Hi Alister. I will speak to a local mechanic tomorrow and mention this. I have only had the car a year and to be honest have done about 800 miles so am not over familiar with the car. Can i enquire where you take yours for servicing as your not too far from me.

With only 800 miles in the last year it probably just needs an Italian tune up. I'd be happy to take it off your hands for a few days...
