It looks ok to me, but I am absolutely not a 3 wheeler expert. I know that JAP made V-twin watercooled sidevalve engines, and I know they were fitted to Morgans, but whether this particular type of engine was fitted to this particular type of Morgan I have no idea.

From the front it does seem to be a Morgan three wheeler however it looks to be a bit of a bitza (bits of this, bits of that)
The engine is probably a 50o KTW - without the engine numbers very hard to tell what year (1925-1927) would be my guess. Twenties JAP engines are easy to date using the PNEUMATICS code
The wheels are later type Magna type - fitted 1933/1934 until close of production in 1952. 1932 cars have non quickly detachable wheels (or my 1932 Super Sports has at least)
The braking system has been converted to what looks to be Morris 8 hydraulics - a common enough period modificaton. Me? I prefer the well set up string brakes on my 1934 Sports Family and 1933 Family
Chassis - Front crosshead at least is Morgan, as are springs and sliders what happens after that I dont know!
If its 1932 it may be an R type box (three speed and reverse) - moved to the D type in about mid 1933 (Martyn can correct me here)
Be very careful, lots of expensive tricycles out there claiming to be what they are not!!
Almost certainly a D type chassis with the 1.5 inch drop in the front crosshead. If I could be bothered to check, I think that makes it 1935 only as that drop was standard for all models that year. And since it is not as pretty as more drop, a lot of lesser drop cars were restored with more!
50 degree sidevalve JAP is almost certainly off an earlier car, up to 1931, but probably mid to late 20's (as already said PNEUMATICSWHY) . Dirty great hole where the magneto should be, and I think it has been removed. Ditto exhausts.
Don't think we need to worry about more detail, car as presented is a bitza.
Most of the old Morgans are Bitzas these days, the question is always which is more Bitza than the next.
Also, for the right price, a bitza can still be worth it. More knowledgeable people could probably help you with "worth" if its something you are looking to buy.
