I just wonder if it is possible to participate in a drag race with my 4/4 ?
To do so I have to run the quarter mile in less than 16.9 seconds. Unfortunately I do not remember how to calculate this, but I hope that one of the more math proofed forum members can help me out?
Standard acceleration of the 4/4 is from 0 to 100km/h in approx. 8 seconds.

And yes, I absolute know that a Morgan is anything but a typical drag race car. I am just playing with this silly idea ...

Roger Bluff requlary uses his 1980's 4/4 4 seater to 'drag' race along the Brighton seafront in the Brighton Speed trials. He also enters his lightweight Roaster.

If you get a blue tooth or wifi OBD2 adaptor and Torque Pro for Android you can use it to do some practice times.

Seems to be a very useful tool to see in realtime what the ecu sees ... great tipp, thanks for this! I guess it could even proove how colder a cold air intake really is... I think I will get me one. Better than a new wrist watch... seen in another thread ;-)
