Big, BIG, When I was a lad........
I wonder if they got photographs of their new build ?
Mark
Ps plenty of traction engines in Tasmania, there is a field of unrestored ones some miles away, most enthusiasts would weep but he won't sell them.

There sure are, and I've both driven and steered a massive one, great fun and a great privilege.
There is big difference by the way between the driver and the steerer, the chap instructing us said you can train a chimp to steer, driving is where the real skill and magic lie smile

Your 3W looks gorgeous Mark smile

My M3W (order #83906) is due to go into production next week,#18.
It's a fairly modest build: Sport Red, black with red stitching, full Morgan windscreen. I did order a build book. Anyway, if anyone is in the factory next week, I would appreciate any updates and photos. I've been waiting what seems a very long time so some updates would be very welcome.
Thank you in advance.
Mark

I've been informed that my build has been delayed two or three weeks. I'm told that it's due to "I believe the delays are due to a backlog of Aero8s going through the paint shop....those are behind schedule and there is a rush to get the dealer demonstrators out. This has a knock on effect."
It's unfortunate but nothing to be done.
If anyone knows any more, please share.

I'm expecting an update next week. Planned start was week commencing 16th May but as we're in North Devon all week it wouldn't bother me if it slipped a week or two.

Regard it as a blessing if you want the new factory Aero screen. It certainly wasn't available a couple of weeks ago, so had my dealer fit a similar Fairbourne one. Also waiting for the new factory rear mudguard. They were having an initial batch of forty made and promised soon.

I thought I heard somewhere that those parts were in but I could be wrong. Does anyone have better information?
