I think that is Cmdr Peter Green, pictured on his seat in the control room of HMS Ambush. I think the picture below may be more accurate....  You are a HEAD of me there…The loo brush looks a bit harsh

I caught a bit of that programme as well. Other subs have Captain's seats made by Porsche and Aston Martin - I wonder if it is a special seat or a standard one. We need to find out.....
