Went to the dentist in Chesham the long way. A glorious warm day with the hood down.

And again. I bought on the way home from the dentist a train ticket & parking ticket for tomorrow as I am going to our London office.

I got home & noticed the parking ticket was for today not Thursday. So alas I had to go back

Short test drive of the 4/4 after propane to gasoline conversion. Seems ok. A few issues. A bit bouncy. Maybe a result of new kingpins. I would think they need to settle in to their new bushings. Also, has a bit of run on after shut down. Expect that I need to tune the carb. Perhaps too lean.

Lovely drive with the wife to a special restaurant for her birthday dinner tonight. Her birthday was at the end of December, but better to wait for fine weather to enjoy the drives both ways. tonight, stay over and drive home tomorrow. Perfect!

First proper drive of the season today
resulted in a sticky front nearside caliper and uneven braking !
So strip the wheel , remove pads, work the pistons ( with help from htmbo ) all back together now

Beautiful weather in Lancashire again today so I extended our company's 'Bring Your Morgan to Work Day' again for another day before the weekend's snow

Around 210 miles today - even the M5 is pleasant in a Morgan - now in Sidmouth having taken SWMBO to the Donkey Sanctuary. Off to Yeovilton to the RNAS Museum tomorrow before joining the DonMog weekend in Stanton Wick.

Picked up my new, American and female boss at Salisbury train station. The Morgan did its usual job of making the right impression and convincing her I'm a charming, sophisticated and civilised Brit.....
