Did they start with 2 wipers then change to 3 during the production run or is it vice-versa?

Started with 2 wipers on the Series 1, from the Series 2 version onwards the cabin and screen got wider, and thusly have 3!

Same screen in all? Reason I query is that I have been waiting for a new screen for my S1 for 3 months, plenty in stock at MMC but all allocated for S5 production.
The S1 body was 2inches narrower than the rest but not sure about the screen.
Someone on here must know?

I would have thought different, otherwise you wouldn't need the extra wiper.
