A few errands to run today. Sunny and warm. Decided to take a Morgan. Took out the recently converted 1981 4/4, now running on gasoline, and looking shiny with new chrome wire wheels. I had to abandon the LPG here in the US (just not available) and the splines on my old painted wire wheels were showing excessive wear. This is my first so to me, a special car.

Thanks for the compliment. She is pretty. I would love to say I picked the colors, but when I bought this car in 1981, I was told 'there is this car on the boat. A woman ordered it but doesn't want it now. You can have it or wait . . . '
I took it, sight unseen. Been a wonderful car, with only 80K miles, all on LPG. Should run well for some time.

Had a spirited run down to the south coast to pick my son up from school and home again for the weekend.... exactly what I wanted a Morgan for. Lovely.
Actually saw another Morgan - a red one. A rare event. Lots of waving.
The best day of the week still snow on the hills but nice in the sun .80 mile round trip to look at the new Forth Bridge still a year to go until it is finished and no work on it this weekend due to a fatal accident. It looks fantastic .

Just prepping the Mog for my first proper tour since becoming a Morgan owner. 8 days driving, wining and dining in The Netherlands in my 4/4 with a pal with a +4. Looking forward to it! Hope the weather clears up!
Nice return trip to Dartington Hall for lunch sunshine all the way. https://www.dartington.org/visit/stay/ The wild flowers are fabulous here at the moment.
An interesting kitcar in cream a sort of mini D type complete with fin possibly a Lotus 11 cherry wave. A beautiful black Aston Martin Vanquish Volante with the roof down and the back seat full of saplings a great sight and a big wave.
