My understanding that most xenon headlights can be easily adjusted to suit either LHD or RHD - usually some sort of mechanical adjustment.
In fact with some current Audi models (S5 being one) it is possible to do it from within the car using the MMI system. However regardless of this there should be a means of adjusting at the headlight as IIRC it is the position of the shutter that determines light spread.
The factory will I imagine provide the definitive answer.

We sorted the lights for Speedmog he has an S1 that went to Portugal.. no problems and pretty simple job... just requires two units..

We sorted the lights for Speedmog he has an S1 that went to Portugal.. no problems and pretty simple job... just requires two units.. Yep the headlights was a straight swap. You also might need to swap over the fog and reverse lamp at the rear. This is also relatively straight forward as the std loom caters for either LHD or RGD. Just look for the spare lead and swap plugs and lamp units over.
