Following on from the last couple of posts, I visited the Works today and had a conversation with Steve Morris about this thread and he is very concerned to say the least and personally very disappointed to hear that customers have been let down. If any posters on here have genuine issues, please PM me and I will personally take them up with Steve as there is little doubt that one or more persons are letting the business down and there will be changes going forward. Please know this is just a temporary arrangement, but hopefully we can help Steve address some of the issues that TM customers have.

I thought there was a "Focus Group"? This stuff we are dealing with has been going on since 2012 for me, why now all of a sudden are we engaging like these problems are brand new? Kuddos to Steve Morris, but I fear he is maybe the only person trying to save Morgan. Refer to my prior rant about the British motorcycle industry, I really do hope this is not another case of too little too late. I finally just got my Aussie roll hoops that I ordered in November.Is this acceptable behavior for ANY business?
