Thanks Roger - somehow I don't think yours will fit me. You know you'll be in trouble once Judith sees the colour, don't you, as it's pretty close to Nightfire red? Andy - I've done a trade-in at a reasonable price (saves the hassle of tyre kickers, time wasters and cold calls from selling agents). Pity it won't be available until after the Le Mans Classic.

You can't tease us like that Alan, what spec did you go for? Oh , OK Mazda Soul Red metallic Code 41V a new colour to us that is a special application similar to a Candy, very interesting the way Mazda has went with this application process, i wonder if MMC will apply it on the Morg as a Candy or as a near copy Metallic.

Thats the code I was given by the Mazda garage. I just hope that MMC can match the colour we saw. What is the special application? Are MMC likely to be able to replicate the colour?

Congrats Alan, that's a lovely red, I believe I saw one in that colour at Berrybrook last week, looks fantastic in it. The interia will go well.

Great spec Alan
Make sure you get a sprayed sample from Malvern before you see the car painted in full for the first time.
I turned up expecting to pick up my Tweed Grey (BMC GR-4) car and found the paint was far more sage green. Luckily, I loved it and wasn't concerned with the variation in finish.
Also, if you do like the look of the Moto-Lita wood rimmed wheel and want greater comfort, look at their ovalised profile walnut rims - these lack the studs of the classic profile and are shaped to be much more comfortable when driving without gloves. BHM usually have an example (I got mine from there) or happy to show you mine.
