As you say, great driving country Stewart - though some super roads round the great park too. I don't know how many miles I did today as I didn't look at the mileage when I got home, but it wasn't important as it was all about the drive.   I'm back in Downley on Wednesday, I'll send you a photo or two of it for old times sake Stewart.

Nero is still minus a windscreen whilst I wrestle with trying to fit a new rubber seal. Not something I'll try again!
Spent the morning washing the cars, noticed some fine scratches on the Cayman...forced into the side of the road a few days ago by an aggressive Range Rover....so polished them out and ended up polishing and rewaxing the car. Used the Swissvax cleanser and wax supplied by Porsche and whilst I'd balk at paying Swissvax prices, the ease in putting it on and the results...which really made the blue metallic pop...would possibly tempt me!

Couple of days in Kent country. Took Friday off, drove down to Capel le Ferne to visit the BB memorial. Don't usually like to spend too much Mog time on Motorways but last time I went to SE Kent coast avoiding M ways it took me three hours. So M23,M25, M26 and M20 and I was there in 90 minutes. Great site right on the cliff very moving and now has the 'Wing' which is a really good little interactive exhibition dedicated 'To the few'. Quick look at Dover Castle and then up to Canterbury for my overnight. Interesting town, very lovely in parts very busy on Friday with foreign school kids and I have to say one or two unsavoury looking characters to be honest.But good dinner, loads of places to eat here and an early start Saturday morning and off to Chilham Village for the festival celebrating 400 years of Chilham Castle. Great day, weather just about held off while we were there only for it to tip it down on the way home, right on the 18 miles without an exit section of the M26....got some funny looks or were they smug looks from the passing tin tops. Clackets Lane services to put up the hood only for the sun to come out 10 minutes later. Mog performed brilliantly but it's on the Motorways I start pondering 3.7 Roadsters and Plus 8's.....

Tuftie good to chat with you on Saturday at Chilham Castle I've been caught on that 18 mile stretch of the M26 but as you say there is nowhere to hide!

Short trip only. Took neighbour out for him to experience a Morgan.
He loved it.
A /B roads. Opened her up on a c,ear stretch and he said he had butterflies feeling the sensations of acceleration and just being in the car.He loved the car.
Now......need to keep working on him to get one!
