Due to an ongoing health problem I am reluctantly putting my 1938 4/4 two seater up for sale. The car fitted with a Standard Special engine and Moss gearbox is currently having a bespoke double duck hood, tonneau and sidescreens made. Over the past year I have spent in excess of £15k (bills to prove) on the car including a total rewire, a new electronic distributor and matching coil, the dynamo converted to two brush and matched to a solid state regulator, the Meadows gearbox replace with a Moss box, a new wood dash and new trackrod ends. I also have a brand new steering box and steering wheel boss (not fitted)that will go with the car. There is also a largeish history file, a number of Morgan books and a copy of the original build sheet included. I am asking £25,000 for the car but am open to sensible offers.
