Hi JVS, is there an order sheet/form for confederate parts?
I've been to their website but i looks like you have to email the order to them.

JVS, as an aside have you had a look at Matchless London.
Their engine looks like an S&S complete with M inserts in the rocker covers.

The motorcycle shop in my town is an authorized S&S dealer and they called Confederate motorcycles to order the parts which were in stock. Confederate actually hand delivered the parts to the motorcycle shop since they were in town delivery two new P51 Fighter motorcycles to a buyer in town at $135,000 each. This town has got some big money pockets!

Cool, then I can have the whole "It's not a Matchless" argument, just like i keep having about my JAP covers.

Not being able to find any Dyno sheet any place for any M3W stage motor kits I called S&S. I was told that they are not at Liberty to send me a copy. How ever the did say stage 2 gives 10 more HP and 21 ft lb of torque. Stock motor gives 70 torque at 2500rpm then at 3000rpm it's 80. With stage 2 gives 98 torque at 2000 then at 100 at 3000rpm stays flat till 4500rpm then starts to drop off.

I called my Morgan dealer and ordered the stage 2 motor kit. 😀

S&S is porting and polishing the my heads which is taking all the additional time

Should be interesting to see how much more HP and torque the 128CI motor will make with the head work an an updated tune.

I will try and get it on a dyno after I break-in the new Pistons

JVS, So what you did was a stage 3 correct? Did you get the kit from MMC or did you put it together on your own?

All Yankee ingenuity - Ahh!

being that I'm in the USA, we are kind of on our own as far as servicing our M3W. Unless you are close to one of the few servicing Morgan dealers you have to take care of our own servicing needs. Morgan West in San Diego, California does keep most parts in stock so it's just a few days shipping from them over to me.

I'm just doing my own thing that makes me happy.
New clutch, clutch slave, Centa drive, removable trans mount, modified Empire kit, Ohlin's shocks, Super max sprocket, 128 CI ported/polished motor, LED headlights, opened up exhaust and soon to be a rebuilt bevel box.
looking to add some kind of machine guns and a tail on the thing!
