The marketing description of refined tourer didn't match the image presented of race car with extras. We've done it to death already, but MMC will be quite happy that they all sold easily.
But the refined 'quick' Plus 4 tourer hasn't materialised, and probably never will. A 2.5 four cylinder with plenty of bottom end torque would have been my choice of engine. Not a red line screamer, but then we do touring, not redlining.............

Was browsing Autotrader and surprised to see an ARP4 for sale outside of the Morgan dealerships (G&M Motors)
IanB 2010 Two tone Roadster XK8 for sensible use.

I saw a "normal" morgan on the first pictures but when I saw the cosworth with the carbon cover , red chassis and nowing that it is an 2 liter,....wel , it drives just like I expect (and hoped ). 3000 km now and happy with the car . Some temporary defects but my car is running very well with the original set up. Suspension, 100% but i need it to scew it a little bit softer. I hope the up date of the ECU is as good as the original (on my car).

Only 650 km now .The tyres where inflated at 2.1 kg ,they are now at 1.8 kg and it is perfect at the rear and still hard at the front.I cant go above 4000 tr/min but the average consumption is always 12 litres/100 km.As i drive close to the wheel to be able to reach the clutch pedal (i dont know but it is further away than in my 4/4 sport),i will have to change the left piece of the dashboard(my knee touch it).i am very curious to see what happens over 4000 rd/min .There is only 100 hp available at 4000 rd/min. Do you know why they need an update of the ECU.

2500 km on the clock now. At 4500 r/min live begins. In 3rd gear to 170km/h and using the shifting lamp is a pleasure (if there is time to look at it ;-) 5th gear is for Autobahn cruising, but i didn't use the 5th very often.
