so enjoy the wows, the staring eyes and the myriad comments. and the resale value! (I hate people who spec their cars with this in mind, so my hat's off to you!)

Why on earth would someone order such a bespoke car and spec it for resale value? If it's a worry, don't bother. Spec the car for what is your taste. If it is not anybody else's taste and you decide to sell it, then budget for £3-4,000 to have a decent re-trim inside or £5,000 for a decent repaint, or don't bother and price the car slightly lower if you have to, but do you not think it is worth it to drive around for 1,2,3 or how ever many years in a car that YOU enjoy.
I'm getting close to 30,000 miles in my car since January and that includes about 12 weeks total when it was off the road. Every day I get in it and I enjoy the bright yellow interior and the textured matt exterior that I don't have polish. The fact that 90% of the population may hate or dislike it is irrelevant. I bought the car for me, not for any future owner.
I had some photoshop experiments done with various gold and bronze colour schemes and thought the gold looked better with black wheels over the silver but preferred the look of brown wheels and brown interior.
Anyway Asbo, you enjoy it, flip paint has never been one I liked but I have no taste anyway!

Sorry guys ( and ladies). It's an Aero, so I'm very basic about these things: How good is the engine? Does it go like hell and sing a wonderful song? Does it handle like the dogs' danglies? Does it give you a huge thrill to drive it? Is the smile on your face the other side of massive? All the rest?- who cares! G ( Being a Philistine)

Why on earth would someone order such a bespoke car and spec it for resale value? I was joking, Shooter. I don't think resale value is an issue for Morgan owners. To proof my point : I also own a Renault Espace. A friend of mine ordered a yellow Audi and got 3(!) phonecalls from the dealer to change his mind because of the future resale value.
