Just got the final results through and after 5 years of locking myself away in my study (prison cell) every night, countless assignments and horrendous exams I've now got a BSc (Hons) (2:1) in Psychology courtesy of the Open University. Thanks particularly to Caron for looking after me those years!
I don't know how the increases in the OU's fees to match those of 'normal' universities will affect the numbers of older people studying now though.
Seriously curtailed my Morganeering so hopefully I'll be able to get out more now.

Hey congratulations, more Morgan time for you now  I sometimes sign my name Bsc but in my case it's Bronze Swiming Certificate - you have the real thing though and use can the initials with pride, very well done.

Well done. I did a part time  Post Grad in Operations Management & know the feeling. Now you can get back to Morgans!

Crikey the costs have gone up haven't they, it was around £600 for 60 point module when I did Physics, no wonder they have lost students.
Well done by the way.

Well done open university courses are very demanding and can be quite lonely as often you study on your own!

Care to do a potted analysis of us on here as a reflection on society? I wouldn't claim to be a psychologist with just a degree but there's a wealth of research data within the pages of this forum for any psychologist to have a field day with!
