I am exactly the same size/width as you are and have no issues with my 2012. Pedals came at longest setting and I moved up to setting for my leg length. Very comfortable for pedals and gearshift. I own three Morgans(two four wheel +4's) and the 3 wheeler is by far the most comfortable--my wife agrees, which is a major accomplishment!
You should have no problem.

My wife is 5ft 2in and drove the factory demo at the TM day without any complaints. I'm 5:10 with 30" inside leg and have driven three wheelers and never had any problem. Try before you buy but I would be amazed if you had an issue.
