Nice looking car > I saw it at AWs this week.
Watch out for rust under the toolbox and on the bulkhead.

But more importantly have fun and join your local branch of MSCC

TBH I think your car looks like one of the best purchases I saw during the last years. I fall in love with her at a glance. [/quote]

Fully agree - congrats your car looks very nice indeed !

It's a very nice car indeed, congratulations on your purchase. The suggestions made so far have been very good, but personally I would advise you to simply drive the thing wherever and whenever you can, and hold back on the upgrades and improvements for a year.

Firstly, this will give you time to save up the necessary dosh, but most importantly it will enable you to understand which modifications are best suited to your driving style and usage patterns.

Nice looking car!! I agree with Hamwich, drive and enjoy, you will see what you need as "extras" as the time moves on.

What a lovely looking Morgan. Congratulations on your purchase!

If not already mentioned I would check the age of the tyres as some of these lower mileage older examples are running around on potentially dangerous old rubber.

I would also caution against a bonnet strap as it was the first thing I bought for my 4/4 when I had one and I regretted the purchase. The strap spoiled the splendid visual lines of the long bonnet by foreshortening it and did rub on the paint too.

Enjoy the car.

As before just drive it and with regard to extras, just avoid the bling.

Lovely car! I'm firmly in the bonnet strap camp. I'd get a tan sheepskin lined one which is exactly what I had on my green one (just sold) Lots of people don't like them but I think they set the car off visually and to be honest it was one of the things which first attracted me to Morgans when I first saw one as a small boy! My new Morgan will definitely have one and damn the paintwork!

Enjoy the car before you look for adding to it. Get to know it first.
Forget lots of shining bling!
Early essenials I added to mine were....
Swivel pivots to make hood fitting sensible!
Door checks to save your knees/shins.
Trim protector to protect the edge of the door frame rear.
The rest will come with experience.

My last upgrade was to a Plus 8!!!!
