If anyone has one of these badges that they would like to sell, please send me a PM Oy I will have you know, that Stanley was described by the factory as having "reduced louvres" - or some would say "just enough to ensure that the spark plugs don't get wet" For the benefit of Hoggy (who has now had it confirmed that we are all daft) Stanley is the 2003 4/4 I have owned for 11 years and c40k miles. Though lacking in a few louvres, it makes up for it with a bog-standard black top 1.8 Zetec engine, that has shown a clean pair of heels to more than one TM member. "Poverty model!!!" - Who needs exterior door handles anyway? Ah! So now we know the secret: no louvres and no door handles = improved aerodynamics The standard model has the aerodynamics of a brick, Stanley has the aerodynamics of a brick with round corners. Oh dear! What have I started?

Two options to reduce drag......... Less (h) air resistance bu shaving your head or aearing a swimming cap. Catch a shark and use the skin as a cover ( no dolphins will be harmed by using sharkskin) A messy option is to smear eel slime over the car.....

Narrow bodied 4/4 = reduced frontal area = When I was with Jays, we measured the comparative width of the tubs (excluding the wings). My 4/4 is 2" narrower than his Mk2 Roadster, when measured at the rear of the doors. This also has the added advantage of having to sit very close to tlLB

If you fit that badge to the front of your Morgan, you will lose approximately 0.1mph in top speed. Is it worth it?
