Oh well I guess you know my position on this -what is the point of having a nice car if one doesn't use it. I think I've clocked up 330000 miles in the last twenty morgan owning years, so the idea of hiding it away doesn't appeal to me. Come rain, snow, and whatever they've been out there. Funny though that now I live in the southwest of France it is the very hot days that keep curb the cars use. There are times when it is like driving in an open air oven but the rest of the year is fine. all the best, Meabh.

Mine will be used; however, the moment the councils start salting the roads, I'll keep it off them until our winter weather (read rain ) has washed the salt off. Went down to Pembrokeshire on the weekend to see a couple of old university mates. We've had days of rain here in the colonies and it was simply a case of getting really pee'd off seeing the car in the garage and not being used! Weather was absolutely awful but it was a great couple of days- views, sea, etc etc. Not to mention some great driving roads. The downside- just spent the day washing the salt off and drying all the bits off. Car currently tucked up in Carcoon until next weekend( or day with less than torrential rain, whichever comes first) G

I use the morgan every day pretty much. I'll probably let the train take the strain if it snows. I have had the roof on for the last few weeks though(would have drowned otherwise!) - but mainly because the vinyl feels a bit stiff with the lower temps and I dont fancy having to stretch it too much.
