Hi all, I am new to the world of Morgans recently becoming the proud owner of a ’91 plus 8, it seems to be in nice condition but a few issues to be sorted to keep me on my toes. I somehow think this will always be the case! I have enjoyed this forum for a while so hopefully will be able to contribute from time to time. Happily retired so if anyone would like a mid week day time drive out or a meet and chat over a coffee please let me know.

Hi, welcome to TM. Plus 8s are great fun. Where abouts in Somerset are you? There are a few owners around Taunton, and some over towards Yeovil. I'm in East Devon and there are several over here. In MSCC the Wessex and Lyme Bay areas often meet up, you might want to contact them, see Miscellay. Quite often there are meets on TM arranged by individuals, usually car based or trains, tanks, boats, you get the idea. People do go long day trips for them. The local stuff can be a bit tea and bun run, it depends what you want and like.
