I'm 6ft, but all my height is in my legs, and I wear size 12 (US) shoes. I didn't have any particular problems with the M3W.
On the Plus 4 I have the seat as far back as it can go and that is OK for me, I would prefer the steering wheel to be a little further away though.

I bought mine from Craigs List and a Chevrolet dealer in Sacramento California. Had an awful test drive (I'm 6-4" and the salesman was bigger than me). Even then I had to have it. Its a 2012. I was determined to make it fit me. My Brother said I was crazy--guess I was. I spent the winter moving the pedals beyond the farthest holes and made new holes and reinforced the floor. I bought a smaller flat bottomed steering wheel (MOMO) and raised the front of the seat 2 inches. We are happy now, I can even place my left foot on the floor. I'm an old British biker and that helps a lot when it comes to all the upgrading and repairs and other stuff. The car has been my daily driver since May until now, Its time to change oil check the "toe" etc. I already miss my little friend, sigh,

We got to sit in one the day my Wife ordered hers. A few months later we met a guy who had one and she got a ride. But the first time she drove it was when we picked it up.

Only got to test drive one a couple of months after placing the order.
Like many here said before, no regrets whatsoever. It only sparkled the urge to have it sooner.

I brought mine (second hand) unseen (looked at by a mechanic) and having never driven (or been in) a Morgan. Just "had to have it"....

I guess I cheated. I drove a customer's car, almost but not entirely not set up for me, for twenty minutes and then I ordered one. It was just that much fun, but I guess I don't have to tell anyone here that.
Some troubles, but no regrets.
