Great video , I was listening to the news on the radio , turned it off and watched this instead , a much better way to start the day !

We planned to be with you but my son is in hospital ( not making good progress so we could not leave him)so,had to cancel.
Am immensely proud to have been at the very first G&G organised by our very own Stringers Best Mate. And to see the Event grow into such a main calendar feature .
We will be at the 2017 Event.
Meanwhile off to watch the vid again!

Should add that I really love the combo of older and newer cars.
MTWC have done sterling work here to help create real integration ...and succeeded.
I know the pub too ...we stopped there last year on a run with PeterJ and his buddies. Another great gang!
And stunning villages all around!

Sadly not.
Lack of funding and resources are partly to blame.
I had a meeting with his consultant yesterday ..you have to push quite hard for the basics. Such as a recovery plan and a longer term strategic plan to help ease reoccurrence.
He is severely Bipolar.
Very sadly all Mental Health is treated as the Cinderella section of the NHS.
Underfunded, lack of quality staff and a paucity of much needed psychological as well as psychiatric input.
For the first time in nine years I am speaking out ...as well as sharing on here ...in the passionate belief that Mental Health should be openly discussed without fear or shame.
