Seems great -- but maybe us westerners need one in northern California or Oregon. A long way to GA from WA.

Has a central gathering point hotel been selected or are we on our own? If a hotel has been selected, how soon do we need to get reservations in? I assume there will be no conflict with other major events in Agusta on this date.

Lebanon, Kansas, the geographic center of the contiguous United States is the center of 48 U.S. states. It has been regarded as such by the U.S. National Geodetic Survey (NGS) since the 1912 additions of New Mexico and Arizona to the United States.

I love this part :
In 1918, the Coast and Geodetic Survey found this location by balancing on a point a cardboard cutout shaped like the U.S. Incredibly, this method was accurate to within twenty miles, but while the Geodetic Survey no longer endorses any location as the center of the U.S., the identification of Lebanon, Kansas has remained.

The 3 Wheeler Convention in Augusta does have a central hotel. This is where all the events will originate, so you will want to stay there if you can. A block of rooms has been reserved and discounted rates have been negotiated. You will have to make your own reservations however. FYI, the dates have been selected specifically to avoid other date conflicts in Augusta, GA.

Details will be provided very soon. Updates to the Face Book and Web Page are forthcoming.

Cheers,

Mark

I believe so Ken, and who doesn't love crab cakes? Am way beyond excited about this trip, I have four of us going! One Morgan owner and three admirers! A good chance for folks to see our aftermarket kits!
