I've just stolen the cheapo Halfords electric pump from our 4x4 guessing it would be more use living with my M3W. The power socket is conveniently there and it happily pumped up all the tyres the other day and still allowed car to start two weeks later despite having an immobiliser.

I thought I'd buy a pure foot pump, not even with digital display since I plan to use it for the next 20 years without maintenance.
Electric pump was out of questions for me since I believe .... when things go wrong, they really to wrong.
Nevertheless, I hope I never have to use the pump anyway! ;-)

Now equipped with a spare tube (that I'll never need ... *touch wood*).  And I'm starting to collect on-bord tools.

don't forget a spare drive belt too Has anyone broken a drivebelt yet? And if you did is it a roadside repair??

needed 4 hose clamps in 40-60 mm dimension, stainless steel, "strong version". dealer offers packaging unit of 100 pcs only ... so I asked them for order possibility for four incl. quote. what can I say, their answer is: they will send me 4 pcs for free! how generous is that   thanks swissghost for the company and type hint

For the engine you need imperial Allen keys as well.
An interesting mix of screws, bolts and thingamajigs in our cars.
