Dave,
I have just got a new +4 and it has 195/60/15 tyres so perhaps that tells you what you want to know. I'd only be interested in one if it matched my Aston Martin Mendip Blue, but Without a sample of the blue plastic it would be difficult to judge. I also would like a pair of your rebound spring gaiters - are you still doing them?? If you are, what is the price and perhaps when sending them you could magic up a small sample of the blue plastic!!!

You'll have to put me down on the list of possibles as I need to measure wheel. At present we are busy packing to go away for 2 weeks if I drop that and go measuring wheels.....then I may not be going away!!!
The Le Mans 62 16" wheel has a different offset from Roadster 16" so I have to check the rim as you describe.

Just a 'heads up'. As I will be developing my windstop prototype soon, I'll be ordering some more perspex. This means that the postage cost can be partially absorbed. So in approximately twelve days (11th/12th November) I will be ordering another windstop with more accurate dimensions gleaned from my first effort, plus a red spare wheel filler for Lightsphere. If anyone else is interested in the spare wheel filler, please PM me. If you have a Roadster, I have the dimensions - the centre hub is 160mm, total diameter 360mm. For any other wheel I will need those two dimensions measuring accurately. I fully expect that most centres will be 160mm. So there you have it.

'98 +4 on chrome wires.
Centre is 164mm
How deep into the dish edge for the outside measurement though? 360mm would be about half way out along the wheel width, 355mm is the measurement where the inside of the rim starts its turn in...

Lay a straight edge across the inside of the 'centre hub' Graham.It must be exactly centred. The plastic sits over the 'centre hub' against the spokes, so wherever the straight edge touches the rim, the measurement should be to just underneath it. Look at the photos above on this thread showing the back of the wheel.
