Between 2500 and 4000 miles a year generally. I have one big trip to the continent every year of around 3000 miles and if I go to Le Mans that adds a few more. I rarely drive it at home as the traffic's no fun in the UK.

So far I've done 3000 miles since I picked the car up last October. When I retire (in four weeks time!!!) it will be my only car so I expect the mileage will go up a bit then. And I'll have more time to drive it. Can't wait.
On the question of why own it if you don't drive it a lot - well, just going into the garage and looking at it makes me smile; which can't be a bad thing.

In all of my Morgans I have done around 7000 miles, indeed I have to keep remembering to up the mileage allowance on the insurance.
I just love driving them for any reason at all.
The "tin top", which is also a soft top, does around 2000-3000 miles mainly back and forth to my boat.

Here for a good time not a long time!!

I wonder how representative those replies are ie whether owners doing more miles are more inclined to post. Looking at the cars in the dealer showrooms, there have to be numbers of owners doing 1000 miles a year.

I've had the +8 for two years and travelled 11000 miles mainly on longer trips.
Planning a 2000 mile trip this fall to Vermont ang Quebec City.
So far and so good! smile
