Usually  likes the Side Screens ON ..when given a choice just "that" look tells me the answer. Something to do with Hair??!! Sooo just for fun today x myself have driven right round the Cotswolds with the Side Screens OFF. Brilliant ...I loved it! Mind you it is a very warm sunny day. Thats possibly the ideal way to go - Hot and Sunny OFF all other times ON!! (unless  is in the passenger seat!

Clipper, you can purchase the revised seals, I guess from your local Morgan dealer. I bought mine from Williams about 18 pounds the set of two.
Remove and clean up the thin flat foam strip, and replace with the U shaped new one. They grip the side screens so less rattle.

Question for Ian Wegg. Should the weather look iffy and the hood is up I find it acts as a giant air scoop and can put strain on the hood fixings at the rear sides. How about you? The side fixings have become a bit elongated over time but I can't say it's been too much of a problem. Perhaps you drive faster than me Steve! ~iw

Perhaps you drive faster than me Steve!  Not since I ditched the Caterham in favour of the Morgan. Interesting to see how the vote is going...

I should also have mentioned that when it reaches 30°C plus in the shade and you have several hours driving to do under a broiling sun not only do the side screens go on but the hood goes up and the aircon gets turned on.
I know this situation doesn't occur in the UK but if you think to tour the southern European zones in July you will bless the day you ordered aircon as an option. I'm with Peter on this, the Air Con is effective and worth having, even with the hood down it keeps feet nicely cool and refreshed. In the UK winter when driving hood up the Air Con and heater together de-mist the side screens and rear screen!!
