The success of this depends on the colour. Yellow looks really good, but I tried red and it wasn't half as good.
If you have a dark colour it won't show very well.
But a good way to pass an hour or so!

If you go for the Morgan scripted ones - fill in with body coloured paint - looks good & stops the muck getting into the wording. What an excellent idea.

Hi Phil. What kind of paint and process do you suggest to do the in-filling? I found it easy to do the same with the organ pedal (wide, deep holes), but this looks kind of fiddly.

I did this today.
I used Chipex paint and applicator.
Overfilled the Lettering - waited 5 mins/Hub ( timed accurately) then carefully wiped off the excess with Chipex Fluid.
Great result - I like it!
Not a massive visual impact - but close up it looks very good (well I think so!!).
And I am pleased ...took about 30 mins ...well tea was also consumed and I took my time!

had mine painted for the last 4 years. used humbrol acrylic paint. red for the arrows and writing. car colour (Blue) for the Morgan script.
The Car is fast the sky is blue just be safe in what you do

I used the body coloured paint I begged from Morgan on my first service and floated it in gently with a cocktail stick. When dry after a couple of days used a number 11 scalpel - razor blade will do - to remove any from the raised bits of the badge.or wheel where it had overflowed a bit. Tape over the nut so as not to get too much on the chrome.
PS - also did the badges as well on the cowl and "boot".
