The "Claw"

Thanks to Cain & Uther I got my Wolf Perfromance Claw today.

Very easy to use and from first impressions tightens the sidescreens up tighter than the tommy bar.

Just don't over tighten because those studs have been known to fail.

One failed on my Sport with the tommy bar.

I removed it and centre punched around the back of the fitting where the post is located until it stopped rotating within the triangular plate.

I picked mine up at MOG16, it tightens the knobs really well (oo-er, that doesn't sound right blush) but is brilliant at loosening them too. I often found that the bar slipped and fell on the running boards but no fear of that with the claw thumbs

This wil make a big difference to my partner on the long sections of motorway driving coming up at the end of next week.

It should be in everybodies toolset who has side screens

totally agree

I got one at MOG16 , not for the function as I didn't really see a need but because it's Cain and Uther and the story behind it.

but when I saw it and saw the quality, instead of putting it on a Beasty Boy chain around my neck and chillin' wi' me home boyz, I used it and ..... bloody hell it works!

That made me smile - thank you cheers

Cheers John

Excuse my ignorance, is this the same device that is reviewed in the latest issue of Mog Magazine? Certainly looks like it from the picture.

They're very complimentary, scoring it 5/5.

I don't currently have anything for securing my sidescreens - not even the little "tommy bar" - so perhaps it is time I invested.
